Today, I set out for Galway city, the home of the National University of Ireland, Galway (NUIG), where the “study” in study abroad will take place. I can’t way to see my updated accessible accommodations because (I have a confession to make: I haven’t had a shower since I arrived at Shannon Airport). Why? Because the shower at the B&B in Doolin was too small and I had to take bed-baths. This is one of the biggest hurdles that I had to overcome during my time in Ireland so far. I hope Galway is worth the wait.
Now, I am in my taxi as I head through the Burren and make my way enjoying the landscape left behind by the last Ice Age. Here are some pictures of my crossover trip from Doolin to Galway city.
